Instructions for Using the Bag

To ensure optimal adhesion of the chest pad, follow these steps: 1. Start with clean, dry skin. Remove any moisturizer, sunscreen, or sweat from your chest and exfoliate to remove dead skin cells. 2. Take the pad out of the bag and carefully peel off the plastic cover. Keep the cover for storing the pad later. 3. Position the sticky side of the pad on your chest and press evenly to ensure good adhesion. 4. In the morning, gently remove the chest pad in an upwards motion. 5. Wash the pad with soap and water, avoiding cleansers, moisturizing oils, and emollients. 6. Allow the pad to air dry with the adhesive side facing up. Do not use a towel to dry it. Once dry, place it back on the plastic cover. 7. Store the pad in the packing bag to protect it from dust. 8. The pad can be reused up to 15-20 times. For best results, wear it overnight and avoid using it on broken or sensitive skin.

Warm Notice:

For best results, wear the neck pad while relaxing or sleeping, not during physical activity. Clean skin without moisturizer is recommended, and avoid using the pads on damaged skin.
