Instructions for Using the Product Bag: 1. Begin by ensuring your skin is free from moisturizer, sunscreen, or sweat. Thoroughly clean your chest and exfoliate dead skin cells. 2. Press the sticky side of the pad firmly and evenly onto your chest. 4. In the morning, slowly remove the chest pad using an upwards motion. 5. Wash the pad with soap and water, avoiding cleansers, moisturizing oils, and emollients. 6. Air-dry the pad with the adhesive side facing upwards. Do not use a towel to wipe it dry. Once it is completely dry, place it back on the plastic cover. 7. Store the pad back into the packing bag and keep it away from dust. 8. The pad is reusable up to 15-20 times. For best results, wear it overnight and avoid using it on broken or sensitive skin.
